Fom 3rd to7th of June in Belaruss, Minsk will tak place working meeting for organizing committee on preparation of the Youth festival 2010/2011. The duration of the meeting is 3 working days.

The Youth Festival will be organized in honour of the 5 year anniversary of EEYC, it should be grandiose action with participation of representatives of 7 EEYC countries.

Aims of the working meeting:
- to prepare conception of Youth festival.
- to work out detailed plan of preparation of the Youth festival.

We are inviting 2 representatives of NYC from EEYC who have:
• experience and knowledge in organizing big youth festivals,
• experience and knowledge in PR,
• experience and knowledge in fundraising.
