Number of participants:  1 participant from each country. In total 7 participants
Participants’ profile: Participants should have knowledge of EEYC and strategic work
Aim: To elaborate a draft long term strategic plan and a revised agreement of the parties EEYC
Expected results: A draft strategic plan and agreement of EEYC is developed to be presented at the meeting in May
Working language: English and Russian

Place: Ukraine

Number of participants: 2 participants from each country incl. board member and project coordinator from LSU (Sweden)
Participant profile: Members of the board, responsible for EEYC and president or vice president
Aim/Objectives: Finalising the strategic plan of EEYC including a fundraising plan 2009 and beyond and agreeing on new agreement of EEYC
Expected results: Finalise strategic plan and agreement of EEYC

POOL OF TRAINERS TRAINING FOR SUSTAINABLE WORK ESTABLISHMENT OF THE EASTERN-EUROPEAN REGION TRAINERS;

Place: Belarus
Arrival: 7 June 2008 Departure: 11 June 2008  - 3 Working days
Number of participants: 21 participants (3 persons from each NYC) + 2 facilitators + 1 Interpreter + 1 International Expert + 1 Administrator = 26
Participant profile: 1) Participants from previous training course of the EEYC PoT. 2) Trainers with the experience of work in Eastern Europe who is willing to develop EEYC.
Aim/Objectives:
• to improve training skills of trainers with PoT of EEYC
• familiarization with the EEYC work
• transfer the trainer skills and explain specific methods of work in Eastern Europe;
• prepare Eastern European trainers group that can enter the YFJ PoT.
Expected results:
• 2 persons in YFJ PoT;
• 18-21 trainers contributing to the fulfilment of the EEYC strategic plan
• 18-21 trainers have improved skills specifically in methods for working in Eastern Europe
• Some of the trainers will be ready to participate in EEYC activities in  2008 and beyond

TRAINING CAMP ON YOUTH POLICY, PR AND MOBILITY

Place: Tbilisi, Georgia
Arrival: 18 July Departure:  24 July 2008/ 5 full working days
Number of participants: 3 participants from each NYC MO’s + 2 trainers from Sweden (PR/youth policy) + total number = 22
Participant profile:
Each NYC sends 3 participants, who have basic knowledge about the camp topics (1 person – youth policy, 1 person – PR, 1 person - mobility).
Aim/Objectives (including how it is linked up with the above-mentioned project objectives):
The aim of the project is to support the development of member organisations of participating organisations raising qualification and sharing the experience.
There will be sharing the best practices on the topics, such as Youth Policy, organisational PR and Mobility.
3 groups consisting of 7 persons will be created on each topic; they will work by the support of trainer. This process will promote the cooperation between member organisations, increase their awareness about EEYC and also will raise their level of inclusion.
Expected results:
As a result of the activity awareness between member organisations will increase. The MOs will improve the knowledge in the fields of the activity and be given the opportunity to exchange best practice.

CONFERENCE ON COOPERATION BETWEEN EEYC AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL STRUCTURES, OCTOBER/NOVEMBER, MOLDOVA

Place: Chisinau, Moldova
Arrival: 31 October  Departure: 4 November
3 full working days (1, 2, 3 November)
Number of participants: 2 participants from each YC involved in EEYC + 2 from Sweden + 1 from BYF + 1 from NBCM +1 from YFJ + 1 from B++. Total number of participants:  20
Participant profile: Each YC will be represented by the board member responsible for EEYC and the International Secretary or the President or the Secretary-General
Aim / Objectives : The aim is to raise awareness about EEYC at the International level and European arena; to develop the cooperation between EEYC and other International Structures / organisations  in order to strengthen EEYC.
Expected results:
Short run: Image of EEYC is improved among participating organisations. Exchange of experience between YC members of EEYC and different International structures. New and strong contacts with other structures;
Long run:  Possible agreements of cooperation between EEYC and other International structures / cooperations / organisations.
