Project leaders from all countries meet to plan the details of project during 2006. At the meeting where will also be educational seminars useful for project leaders.

WORKING GROUP MEETINGS:

Place: Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova.
Date: March, June and September.
Representatives of Youth Councils meet for constructive working meetings aiming at developing the structure and content of the cooperation as well as the policy work on the European Arena.

POOL OF TRAINERS MEETING:

Place: Belarus.
Date: June
At this meeting three trainers from each country will gather for seminars, capacity building and networking. The aim is that trainers get acquainted with methods used in the different countries. From this meeting the trainers of the seminar for leaders will be selected. One Swedish resource person will be participating in the meeting.

SEMINAR FOR LEADERS:

Date: July and August
This is the main capacity building activity during the year. Three youth leaders from each country will participate. It is training in two steps. The topics will be leadership, fund-raising, project management and other areas of interest of the group. One Swedish resource person will be participating in the first meeting.

CONTACT MAKING FORUM:

Place: Moldova.
Date: October
This is a meeting aiming at creating contacts between youth organizations in the different countries. Five participants will be there from each country. During the year the exact theme of the meeting will be elaborated.

STUDY VISITS:

Place: Moldova, Belarus, Ukraine.

Place: Russia.

Place: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia.

These visits aim at getting everybody acquainted with the other participating countries as well as their Youth Councils. There will be three study visits and each country will send two representatives.

EVALUATION MEETING:

Place: Georgia.
Date: November
At this meeting the project will be evaluated by the project leaders and representatives from the board. We will analyse the outcome of the activities in relation to the goals and indicators as well as discuss the way ahead for the project.
