State youth policy of Azerbaijan

State youth policy - it is the system of measures implemented by state and it provides knowledge and realize of young’s natural potential of effective abilities, take worthy place in the society. Press and comprehensively development young is in connection socio-economic, scientific and with the cultural advance of the country. This is one of necessary conditions of the national safety of durability its the global competition.

It is the basic means of the development of the new generation the youth is provided socio-economic, social-public of participation in cultural life.
State youth politics and have been prepared for realize of the principles and this purpose. State youth politics is being reflected in corresponding legal documents and implemented by government organizations.
Youth and Sport Ministry build basic responsible state for carrying out of the young politics in Azerbaijan.
Basic directions of the youth politics:
Basic directions of the youth politics have been defined "About Youth Policy" with/by law of the Azerbaijan Republic like the following:

• Youth upbringing and participation of youth in the cultural life.
• State care for talented young’s
• Protecting of the health young and development physically
• provide the employment of youth
• state assistance to young families
• state assistance to youth organizations

"Azerbaijan Youth State Programme" (the 2005-2009th years) signed in 2005 by President of the Azerbaijan Republic mister Ilham Aliyev. According to intended purpose carrying out of the following posts:

• love of the youth family to motherland, to the history of Azerbaijan people, upbringing being in the spirit of honor to cultural heritage, state language and symbol, national-moral value
• Upbringing youth strengthening the work of military patriotic, their preparing to the service;
• Carrying out in the area of narcotism and other harmful habits prophylaxis of the disturbances the right of the measures among young;
• Finding out the talented young, creation of the condition for can develop their abilities;
• Being supported of the ownership activities of the young, owning to knowledge concerning to base of the market economy.
• Carrying out of the ceremonies by purpose of raising the profession preparation and provide of the employment;
• To help the young’s who needs social defense, including -showing the solution of the problems of the young families.
• Carrying out ceremonies in the area of the protecting young health, developing of the popular physical training and sport.
• Active participation young in the social public of the country life, creation of the condition for forming and development of the organizations on young and child.
• Carrying out of the projects in the area of international youth cooperation, building relations youth organizations, showing to help of their representatives participation in the international ceremonies.

To increase role of Azerbaijan Youth in the development of the society and solution of problems, to raise participation and responsibility future development of the country, to create conditions exchange of young views living in regions and capital, youth and governmental organizations and the purpose of to simplify open intercourse by government representatives the Nationwide Leader Heydar Aliyev have been put forward initiative holding in 1995 Azerbaijan Youth Forum.
The first Azerbaijan Youth Forum have been held by nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev’s initiative on the February 2, 1996 The Nationwide Leader Heydar Aliyev has taken part in this Forum.
Mr. Heydar Aliyev accept young group on the February 1, 1997 by anniversary on the occasion of the forum has signed 2 of the February order about declaring of the day of –Azerbaijan youth.
2nd February is marked from as like holiday of the youths of Azerbaijan in the solemn picture from that time traditionally every year.
II Forum has been held in Baku city in 1999. President of the Azerbaijan Republic Heydar Aliyev has taken part in the forum.
III Forum has been held on October 13, 2003 in Baku city
IV Forum has been held in Baku city in 2005.
